Advisor, strategist, transforming data and analyses into effective solutions. He has over a decade of interdisciplinary experience working with public figures, building and developing organisations, and online marketing. He was directly involved in the success of the three largest crowdfunding campaigns in the history of Polish politics. Formerly co-founder of Nowoczesna, where, among other things, he organised the work of the national campaign team in the 2015 parliamentary campaign, managed the online community of supporters and created the current political agenda.

Even earlier, he worked for five years with Prof. Leszek Balcerowicz at the FOR Foundation, where he was responsible for the development of the organisation. An economist by education, he is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and the Atlas Think Tank MBA programme. He has also completed international training courses on the use of big data: How to Win: Using Data For Political Strategy and Implementation and a series of workshops entitled Training and Networking Seminar for ALDE Data Officers.
